In preparation for our big trip we want to get rid of most of our belongings – that means: clean out the cellar and garage, sort out the flat, and everything that we cannot put into storage while we are away has to be sold, given away or thrown away.

In the beginning, it is not easy to throw away things that once have cost a lot of money or that you have used to like. But once all that stuff is gone it is really relieving.

So, last weekend we have been to the flea market, and got rid of another car load of unnecessary things.
